4. Charitable Solicitation Notice
Effective Date: March 17, 2026
4.1 Fiscal Sponsorship
Majalis Fund is a project of Holistic Underground, a California nonprofit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All charitable gifts to Majalis Fund are made to Holistic Underground as fiscal sponsor and are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4.2 Use of Donated Funds
Gifts designated for Majalis Fund will be used to support Majalis Fund's charitable programs, including cultural investment, community infrastructure, and related mission activities, subject to Holistic Underground's fiscal sponsorship agreement and donor intent policies.
4.3 Gift Acknowledgment
Donors will receive a written gift acknowledgment from Holistic Underground as required by IRS regulations for gifts of $250 or more. Please retain this acknowledgment for tax purposes.
4.4 State Charitable Registration
Holistic Underground is registered to solicit charitable contributions in the State of California. Charitable solicitation and registration requirements for additional states, where applicable, are managed by Holistic Underground. Donors outside California should consult their own advisors regarding the deductibility of gifts under their applicable state law.
4.5 No Quid Pro Quo
Unless otherwise stated at the time of solicitation, charitable gifts to Majalis Fund through Holistic Underground are not made in exchange for goods or services of substantial value. Any portion of a gift that constitutes a quid pro quo (i.e., where goods or services are provided) will be disclosed in the gift acknowledgment.
4.6 Refund Policy
Holistic Underground's gift refund policies apply to all charitable gifts made to Majalis Fund. In general, charitable gifts are considered final and non-refundable.
